Obviously you want to have your order at home as soon as possible. We try to make sure that, when in stock, the items you ordered are shipped the same day. We cannot give an exact arrival date for worldwide deliveries. Our site does not show stock information, because we also sell items in our store in Amersfoort. We advise to always keep in mind some extra time when you place the order.

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay for the return shipment costs.
If your order accidentally is damaged or delivered incomplete, please contact us immediately: +3133-453 08 82. Keep the packaging and the delivery note. Of course we do our very best to replace damaged or missing item as soon as possible.
